David founded Ivalua more than 19 years ago and assembled an executive team to set the foundations for best-in class software design, continuous sales growth and rigorous operations management. Those efforts have allowed
Ivalua to be recognized by leading analysts as one of the top global spend management software vendors growing consistently and profitably for more than 19 years. A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique with a Ph.D. in
Mathematics, David started his career as an SAP consultant at Pricewaterhouse Coopers working on the architecture, design and implementation of ERP for international accounts.
Franck brings over 18 years’ experience driving growth at leading enterprise software companies, including 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain software. At JDA Software he held a range of sales leadership and general management
positions including being Senior Vice President – EMEA and a member of the JDA Executive Committee. Franck is a Supply Chain fellow, having supported Digital Transformation programs at Fortune 500 companies around the
world. Earlier in his career, Franck was a member of the SAS France management team, in charge of running the Retail & CG business units. He also held executive positions with Soft Solution, which he joined in its early
growth stage. Franck holds a Masters in Business, Management and Marketing from ESCC, a leading European Business school.
A graduate of one of the top European MBA schools, Dan spent 9 years as a director with Cap Gemini Group specializing in supply chain management leading global projects involving in-depth changes to processes, systems and
organizations. In 2000, he founded a company operating the first global marketplace dedicated to the environmental industries. Dan joined Ivalua in 2002 as a key executive in charge of marketing and business development,
relocating to the US in 2011 to support Ivalua’s expansions in North and South America.
Pascal brings 23 years of experience leading product strategy and development at Enterprise SaaS companies, driving rapid growth by delivering innovative products that delight customers. He has built a deep expertise in
bringing to market elegant, innovative, and highly-differentiated solutions addressing high scale, high stake enterprise challenges, typically involving complex technology, big data, machine learning, and a large ecosystem
of partners. A powerful advocate for the potential of technology to transform organizations, Bensoussan is a frequent keynote speaker and board member at several start-ups. He holds an M.S. in Engineering-Economic Systems
from Stanford University, an M.S. in Economics from ENPC (France), and a B.S. in Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique (France).
Alex has spent over 15 years of his career evangelizing Spend Management, shaping its evolution and working closely with hundreds of customers to support their Digital Transformation journeys. As CMO at Ivalua, Alex leads overall marketing strategy and thought leadership programs. Alex also spent 12 years at Ariba, first building and running the spend analytics business as General Manager. He then built and led Ariba’s international marketing team until successful acquisition by SAP, transitioning to lead business network marketing globally. Earlier, Alex was a founding member of Zeborg (acquired by Emptoris) where he developed vertical procurement applications. He began his career in the U.S. Cavalry, leading tank and scout platoons through 2 combat deployments. Alex holds a B.S. in Economics from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an international M.B.A. from INSEAD.
A graduate of one of the top European schools for computer engineering, Arnaud has more than 15 years of experience with leading Internet technologies. He started his career as a developer, then worked as a project manager
for a major IT services company and joined a Silicon Valley company in the area of object databases. He later joined Ivalua as CTO, building a scalable architecture and managing the company’s transition towards a SaaS
model with multi-location, best-in-class hosting solutions as well as on premise software options.
Martha is a seasoned HR executive focusing on organizational dvelopment, change leadership, and overall culture change & management. A data-driven leader, she's held leadership positions in fortune 100 companies and pre-IPO companies alike, successfully driving organizational change throughout. Martha recieved her doctorate in Organizational Behavior from USC.
Ron Vaisbort is a serial general counsel to world-class software and services companies. Prior to Ivalua, Ron served as the chief legal officer to MemSQL, C3.ai, Good Technology and Trillium Digital Systems. A veteran of the technology, media, and entertainment industries, Ron has been at the forefront of numerous innovative business concepts—as both an attorney and business leader – for startups as well as Fortune 100 companies such as Intel and Toshiba. Ron’s expertise is building and leading global legal and business development teams, and spans IPO/M&A readiness, international IP creation, data privacy and protection, commercialization strategy, licensing, and technology alliances. In 2013, Ron was named Best Bay Area General Counsel. He is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and earned his J.D. at Loyola Law School, Order of the Coif.
Ari is an established leader within the spend management space with more than 20 years of experience providing oversight and strategic direction helping organizations define and achieve value-based outcomes. As the Global
SVP of Value Engineering, Solution Consulting and Services at Ivalua, he leads the organization that’s primary focus is on helping customers answer the questions: Why, What and How. Prior to Ivalua, Ari spent 16 years
at SAP Ariba where he was most recently the VP, Head of North America Services. In this role, he was responsible for leading a team of 28 supply chain professionals tasked with defining a customer’s strategy for success
and a roadmap to fully recognize the value of their investments. He also provided executive sponsorship across multiple strategic engagements and led the Latin America Services team for several years. Earlier, Ari spent
9 years at KPMG and Accenture where he worked with customers to define and execute on their Source to Pay transformations. Ari holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Colorado at
Laurence has more than 10 years of experience leading major process and software implementations across multiple industries. She has two MBAs — one in Business and Management and one in Finance — and she is a certified
project manager both from PMI and U.C. Berkeley. At Ivalua, Laurence manages the Customer Services and Support Department with responsibility for maintaining applications that are already live and providing additional
customer services around spend analytics and supplier enablement.
A graduate of Telecom ParisTech, Olivier Buffiere has more than 20 years experience in Customer Support in Software and Telecom companies. He started his career in Hewlett-Packard in software development and project management for international customers. He then took in charge B2B Operations in Siemens, Nokia and Altice/Sfr, where he was head of Technical Support and then B2B Customer Support. He joined IVALUA in 2018 as Head of Customer Support EMEA including Support, Maintenance and Customer Success.
Supply Chain & Procurement graduate at EM Strasbourg Business School, Gabriel soon joined Ivalua to bring a mix of procurement expertise and project management skills. He has focused 10 years at delivering tailored SRM,
Sourcing, and P2P solutions to Customers while managing Project teams. Meanwhile, he spent a year in California to support the launch of Ivalua inc., and also drove multiple re-organizations of Professional Services
team to enable continued growth. Viewing Alliances as a requirement for further scalable growth, he pushed and leads the "100% Partner strategy" that is now applicable globally, created the Channel sales and recruited
the Alliance team in the different regions.
